Music star, Innocent Ujah Idibia has vowed to go ahead with his planned natiowide protest against the federal government.
2baba, as the singer is fondly called, said he planned to use the protest to tell Nigerian leaders the need to connect with the people.
Addressing his fans on Facebook live video on Tuesday, the singer
insisted that the protest will go on as planned despite the criticisms
from some fans.
He said, ”I will no longer be quiet. I’m just a musician with a point of view and the ear of my fans. I have dedicated my time and resources to peace building, voter education towards peaceful elections and youth engagement in governance in Nigeria. This march is about demanding that our leaders connect with all the people of Nigeria.”
