On Tuesday, the nominations for the 89th Academy Awards were announced in Los Angeles.
The movies that dominated most of the categories were La La Land, Hell or High Water, Fences and Manchester By the Sea.
Meryl Streep, Emma Stone and Natalie Portman were nominated in the
Best Actress category, while Ryan Gosling, Denzel Washington and Casey
Affleck will be battle for the Best Actor award.
The 89th Academy Awards will be staged on February 26 at the Dolby Theatre Hollywood, Los Angeles, California, U.S and hosted by talk show shot, Jimmy Kimmel.
