British designer and recording artist Victoria Beckham is set to join her husband David in receiving one of the highest honours in England from the Queen herself.

reports that Beckham has been named to the Queen’s Honours List for
2017 due to her contributions to fashion and her charity work.
The former Spice Girls member was named a United Nations Goodwill Ambassador in 2014 and has worked to spread awareness of HIV and AIDS.
She will receive an OBE (Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire) in the New Year, joining a list of fellow designers who have received the honour, including Jimmy Choo and Sarah Burton.
