Most leaders, ordained pastors are manipulators – Majid Michel

Prominent Ghanaian performing artist, Majid Michel, has gotten out some appointed ministers and pioneers who control individuals and devotees because of the power vested in them.

The Ghollywood 'terrible kid' contended that albeit one is appointed a minister does not mean he can lead a congregation.

On his Instagram page @majidmichel, the Ghollywood cum Nollywood on-screen character composed: "The vast majority we call Leaders are essentially proficient controllers, for the most part ministers, and they are entirely worried about their own advancement than advancing the general population.

"On the off chance that you are appointed as a minister does not mean you can lead a congregation. Authority is not a privilege. It's a benefit. What's more, it's a benefit given to you by the adherents. Also, if the adherents don't know how to relate to great and viable Leaders, then we will keep on having unremarkableness in Leadership. #LEADERSHiP

"Genuine Leaders are more worried about finding a reason to enhance the life of humankind, that is more imperative than their own aspiration, so they yield themselves to achieve something for more noteworthy's benefit.

"We find that infrequently nowadays.

"A pioneer is conceived when a human finds something more critical than their own desire. Administration is not something you seek after.

"It's something you find. Initiative has nothing to do with you. It has an inseparable tie to the general population.

"Winning a decision does not mean u are a Leader. It implies you are a government official."
